Use of the service
ShoppingList.page provides tools for creating and sharing grocery lists. No account, email address, or password is required for normal use. You are responsible for the content you add and for deciding who receives a sharing link.
Shared links
Anyone with a valid sharing link can access the list covered by that link. People with access may be able to add items, remove items, check items off, and make other supported changes. Sharing links are not invitations with named permissions, so only share them with people you trust.
Households and list access
A household is a shared space that can contain multiple shopping lists. A household link or QR code may grant access to the household and its lists; a list link grants access to the individual list it represents. People with access can make the changes supported by that scope, so share links only with people you trust.
Item icons, autocomplete, and languages
The app may suggest items from recent local history as you type. You can add items in different languages to the same list at the same time, and custom items are welcome. Automatic item icons may vary for uncommon products, brand names, or different languages. You remain responsible for checking the item name and the list before shopping.
Availability and expiration
Lists that are already available on your device can continue to be used when your connection drops, but a shared list that is not available locally may not open while offline. Shared lists are automatically expired after 365 days without a change being saved to the shared service. Viewing a list does not reset this period; a successful edit does. After expiration, the shared list becomes read-only and its old link cannot be reactivated.
Deletion and data loss
You can delete a list from the list menu. Deleting a shared list requires an internet connection and makes its old sharing link unavailable; deleting one list does not delete the entire household. Although we aim to keep the service reliable, lists and other data may not always remain available, so do not treat the service as permanent or critical storage.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, automated abuse or spam, attacks on the infrastructure, attempts to bypass limits, guessed list IDs, malware, or activity that disrupts the service or harms other users. We may throttle or block activity that threatens the service or other users.
Sensitive information
Shared links can grant access to list contents. Do not use grocery lists to store passwords, financial information, medical records, or other sensitive or confidential information.
Service changes and availability
Features may change and temporary downtime can occur as the service is updated. We do not guarantee continued or permanent availability of every feature or list.

These terms may change as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the version currently published on this site.
